Simple engraving has a window time frame of 10-12 days and name plates that require moulds usually take 15-16 days to process. Once the order is complete depending on the shipping time chosen please allow another 5-7 days for shipping. All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
