Refund Policy

- Custom orders: due to the nature of these orders, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom orders. However, if an error is made on our part, we will fix it immediately. If the error was not ours, we will not accept the return.
- All other items: we offer full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please contact The Miami Look to notify us that you would like to make a return or exchange, including the item you wish to return and the reason why. We will contact you to set up a return or exchange. We will refund the original price. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We issue a refund once the returned item has been received by us.
