Typical production time is approximately 3-5 days from the time payment is received. This time does not include shipping time.

If you need your order shipped quickly, please select the Priority Shipping (increased fees) option at checkout. 

Large custom orders require a longer production time. For these orders, The Miami Look will be in communication regarding estimated production & shipping times.

Refund Policy

The Miami Look strives to make certain every customer is satisfied. In the unfortunate scenario that an item needs to be returned or exchanged, our policy is as follows:

1. Custom orders: due to the nature of these orders, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom orders. However, if an error is made on our part, we will fix it immediately. If the error was not ours, we will not accept the return.
2. All other items: we offer full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please contact The Miami Look to notify us that you would like to make a return or exchange, including the item you wish to return and the reason why. We will contact you to set up a return or exchange. We will refund the original price. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We issue a refund once the returned item has been received by us.
